The website features an extensive knowledge base, offering a self-help section for customers looking for answers about the Eli’s Rewards program and app.

The official website for the village of Tremont IL is designed to serve three key audiences: current residents, prospective residents, and potential new businesses. With an intuitive interface accessible on both mobile and desktop devices, the site enables various village organizations to share content on an easy-to-use, unified platform.
A core feature of the website enables various village organizations to log in and post important updates or share news. The content is dynamically displayed, organized by the posting organization and the importance of the information.
As a local government, sharing information with the public is essential. Tremont’s website features a comprehensive document archive where important files—such as meeting minutes, ordinances, and permits—can be easily accessed. This fully searchable archive allows users to preview and download documents effortlessly from any device.

Connectivity U Inc. provides internet service and network support to property managers throughout central Illinois. Their website was designed not only as a sales portal for potential customers, but also as a dedicated resource for the thousands of tenants they service.
A key feature of the website is the Tenant Support page, where tenants can access a wide range of online resources. This page provides help, answers to common questions, and links to support from the Connectivity U team.
The built-in Knowledge Base offers searchable and organized information for tenants needing help. The articles are designed to answer common questions, providing tenants with 24/7 access to help without needing to call the support phone number.
A cutting-edge feature of the Connectivity U website is Calbot, or Cal for short. Cal is an AI virtual assistant designed to assist tenants with questions or issues. Connected to a wide range of Connectivity U information, Cal can link to Knowledge Base articles and provide accurate answers and advice based on Connectivity U practices.

Our goal in designing LJ’s website was to bring their unique style from the physical world into the virtual. Their site features warm colors, textured layering, and soft visuals, imbuing a sense of comfort and home.
Home projects can be daunting. Design firms can be intimidating. LJ’s website simply and elegantly invites visitors to explore their design services or visit their studio in a way that is welcoming and approachable.
Living Faith Fellowship Church

Living Faith Fellowship Church or LFFC is a non-denominational Christian Church in Eureka IL. We achieved three main goals with their new website. First, we created a space to welcome new guests who are considering visiting LFFC for the first time. Second, we connected current members with a secure way to view the church calendar. Finally, we shared the mission and beliefs of LFFC, and provided access to sermons and other content from their YouTube channel.
The Sermons page of the website shows the most recent sermon stream for easy viewing, along with an archive of specific sermon series from the past.
We created a dedicated “Plan a Visit” page to welcome new guests considering visiting LFFC for the first time. This page helps to set expectations and answers frequent questions and requests for information.
